By accessing and using the Gun Candy Kiosk website, kiosks, or payment processing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

Retail kiosks for product customization
Payment processing as a registered ISO of Woodforest National Bank, Houston, TX – Member FDIC
Marketing and business tools for kiosk retailers

3. Account Registration

For retailers using our kiosks, an account must be registered with accurate business details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment Processing Agreement

By using our payment processing services, you also agree to eMerchant Authority’s Merchant Agreement, our processing partner, which outlines fees, security measures, and compliance requirements.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

Fraudulent transactions
Illegal sales (e.g., restricted firearms transactions)
Money laundering or financial crimes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software used in our kiosks and website remain the intellectual property of Gun Candy Kiosk.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gun Candy Kiosk is not liable for any indirect damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

10. Early termination policy

Payment processing services contain a term length of 36 months. Early termination fee's are in total $350.00. If an early termination occurs, all kiosk duo system bundle products are forfeited and must be returned to Gun Candy Kiosk located at 220 E. Main St. Owensville, Ohio. 45160.

Gun Candy Kiosk application contains a 12 month term for active services. Early termination is fee is $150 to close account and delete data.
